Congratulations to the University of South Carolina fighting Gamecocks baseball team. We made history by winning back to back College World Series! it feels so good to be a gamecock!!!

Okay. So here is my problem. Well, I take that back. Its not really a problem. My issue is with this whole ‘its okay to be gay’ campaign or movement or whatever is going on. While I am not homophobic I do feel some kind of way about it. Its not really the campaign or movement itself but moreso the whole attitude around it. Some of these campaigns are so aggressive that it makes me think ‘damn is something wrong with me for being heterosexual?’ Seriously. I feel that way sometimes.
While I’m all for individuality and being comfortable I your own skin don’t make me feel bad because I’m not like you. I know people in the gay community are going to say that this happens to them all the time, which is true, but at the same time if you know how that makes you feel then why do that to someone else?
The whole it gets better campaign is cool but damn if it doesn’t make you feel worse if you’re getting picked on and you’re not gay. Does it get better for them? You know gay kids aren’t the only ones getting bullied and/or committing suicide. I’m not saying to stop with the whole it gets better thing but they should be mindful that there are more kids getting bullied for other things than being gay and they probably feel worse than the kids who chose to be gay.
I know that they say that they are born gay and all and for some of them that may be the case but definitely not all. I know of 3 couples that are gay because of past relationships gone bad and if the right person of the opposite sex came along they would be back to their heterosexual selves. Nowadays being gay is the cool thing to do in high school. Its not about a real relationship or feelings for the same sex it’s about what everyone else is doing on TVs or around campus. Seriously.
And on another topic closely related. I was talking to a Co worker of mine one day. We were just discussing different shows, actors and actresses that we liked. While we were discussing actresses she Brought up Nikki Blonsky. For those that don’t know, she has been in a number of movies such as hairspray, and some other crap I don’t Care to mention. Anyway we started talking about the roles that she played and realized that she always.played.fat people that were wronged because they were fat. She’s like an advocate for fat people. Seriously. I said that I didn’t like her because of this. I don’t like anyone to tell.me that I have to like them regardless of their size, gender, race or sexual preference. I don’t have to like you just because of that and I don’t have to accept you just because of that. Her whole stance is that I should.except her because she’s fat no matter what. No ma’am. Not happening. I like people regardless of what they look like or who they choose to date. That stuff doesn’t matter to me.
Now I know I’m going to catch a bit of flack for my statements but I really don’t care. I feel how I feel and I know I’m not alone. As I said I support the whole ‘it gets Berger’s campaign or movement but sometimes it does make me wonder if there is something wrong with me for being straight according to the videos in the campaign. Does it get better for kids that aren’t being bullied because they are gay but for other reasons?

So Friday was my One on One with my manager. I must admit that I was a little very nervous when she sent me the email about it. I knew I hadn’t done anything wrong, that I know of, and so I was racking my brain for the hour until it was my time to meet. I was going through everything that could have happened since we last talked. That wasn’t much because we just had a serious talk like 2 weeks ago, right before we switched companies. * sidenote/back story: I work for the government as a contractor and the contract from my old employer ran out and was not renewed but picked up by a new company. That new company chose some of us to remain and got rid of the rest.* Since we are still in this probation period with my new company you can understand my nervousness and apprehension.
So now the time has arrived for me to go into this meeting. When I get in there and she tells me that it’s just something that she plans to do with everyone, My heartbeat starts to slow and I realize that I’m not in trouble for anything and that it’s just a ‘going through the motions’ type of meeting. Whew!! so anyway as we are talking, she asks me questions like what problems have I noticed throughout the office that she should be aware of or ways to fix them. Of course I have no clue because I tend to ignore the people around me. I ignore them because they are very immature at times and forget that they are in a professional setting and say and do things that are offensive and disrespectful. I feel that the only way that I can keep my job is to ignore them because if I engage them I may end up saying or doing something that could cost me my job. I have bills to pay so I need that steady income. so anyway back to the meeting, since my manager and I are cool we end up just talking about different things that are going on that she is aware of that people don’t think she is and how she plans to handle them.
the funny thing is that at the end of the meeting we were talking about how certain people are jealous of other people’s relationship with her. We ended up going over like 10 minutes and as soon as we come out of her office one of the jealous people asks how come I got 10 extra minutes. It was pretty funny how it happened but if you’re reading this and didn’t find that funny then well, you had to be there. Anyway I love my manager and her style of managing and the one on one went great. I’ve never really had a manager that I actually liked and wanted to succeed. The meeting went great and I really don’t know why I was so nervous about it to start with.

Okay maybe it’s just me. Maybe because I have an android phone and noticed that I could opt out of sending my data. Why is it such a big uproar about our smartphones tracking us? I mean I understand some people are all about it being a privacy issue and thinks that the info could be used for harm but how do you think your phone knows the best restaurants around you anywhere you go? Or what about the weather? How do you think our phone locates where you are anywhere around the country and updates the weather application to tell you how hot or cold it is there?
What about third party apps like foursquare? How do you think they know where you are? Bottom line, I think that people are overreacting to the situation. Again, this may be because my android phone let’s me opt out if I choose and if I choose to opt in, it tells me that my location and information is being tracked and could be sent back to Google. Chill people. You already overshare as is so why are you getting mad because the company is tracking your dumb ass? That GPS isn’t just there to guide you home.

Why is everybody ganging up on this lil 13 year old tone deaf girl? I mean she had a dream to be a famous singer, her parents brought her to this place to make her a star. Nobody says anything about Rihanna’s tone deaf behind! What about them chicks from back in the day Total? Yeah they were horrible.
This girl is only 13 years old and the world thinks that the one thing that she wants to do is the worst song in history? Wow. Remember when you were 13? remember how something small and insignificant could cause you to feel like you were having a nervous breakdown? Remember the whole no hate and stop bullying campaign that these same sites and people that are picking on her participated in? Now God forbid but what if this girl commits suicide because of this? I mean this thing has been on every news outlet and all over the internet as a joke.
While I do think the song is bad it is far from the worst song ever or even half as bad as people are making it out to be. The dame girl is 13! What did you expect her to be singing about the conflict in Lybia? C’mon son! Y’all are really bugging out. This just shows how people will tear anybody down in order to get a couple more hits on their site or a little more airtime on radio or TV.
Y’all some hypocritical mother fuckers. You can’t say don’t bully people when this is the ultimate case of bullying! I can’t believe grown ass people are talking about a damn 13 year old. Same thing when Justin Beiber and any other young kid comes out. They are not making music for 30 year olds! it’s for kids their own age so why are you commenting on it anyway?
Sorry but this thing has me upset because even though I don’t think she has talent she doesn’t deserve to be treated the way she’s being treated.

I know this is kind of rambling and all over the place and vague but I just have to say something about this situation.
I’ve been following the protests in Egypt on http://WWW.English.aljazeera.net since the beginning and I must say that I am very proud of and wish nothing but good things for the anti-government/Mubarak protesters. They started this with a mission and that was for peaceful demonstrations until Mubarak is gone. They have so far held up their end of the bargain.
I think that is was great and awe inspiring to see nearly 2 million people filled Tahrir square also known as Liberation square in Cairo as well as hundreds of thousands in Alexandria as well as all over Egypt on Tuesday to mark a full week of peaceful protests. Too bad that it had to come to violence on wedsnesday when the pro Mubarak supporters showed up, allegedly bussed in by the government and some discovered to be undercover police, and began attacking the peaceful protesters. Violence never solves anything. Even though they were attacked they are still holding their ground and not backing down from their position.
This is a testament to the power of the people. When you believe strongly about a cause then there is nothing that can stop you. People don’t understand what it is that these Egyptians have been through and as Americans I don’t think that we will ever really understand what it is that they deal with. As we worry about things like when the iPhone is coming out for Verizon they are worried about how they are going to eat for the night. The majority of these protesters are not just doing it just to be in the group, they are fighting for a better life. Too often the people will work today to feed their family tonight literally.
There are too many dynamics to really get into so I’ll just say that they deserve better. They have been under this regime for over 30 years and its time for a change. Yes I know that its easy for me to say that while I sit here in America and watch what is happening across the world safe and sound. While I’m not naive or ignorant enough to believe that democracy should be in every country, in this case I believe it is time for something new because the current regime is not working.
The problem I have is that the anti government protesters are organized yet they have no leader or political party to take over once Mubarak steps down. They are calling for him and his party to step down but who will step up?

So I was off for an additional 3 days last week (a total of 5 if you include the weekend prior) for a little snowcation due to the 6 inches of snow that was in my yard and all over Atlanta roads so you would think that an upstanding student like myself would use that time wisely and get a jump on my schoolwork right? Wrong. I am actually behind because I kept putting it off everyday. Now I have 4 assignments that I must get done today so that I don’t fall any further behind. 3 of them are overdue. Yeah I know I know… I’m slipping.
I have been watching an enormous amount of television though. I’ve seen things that I haven’t seen in years! I have learned, well not really learned but more of rediscovered, that daytime TV sucks!! I really don’t see how people can stay home and watch this all day without getting bored with it. It’s the same crap everyday. I have over 450 channels and between around 10am and 4pm there isn’t much on that I would actually want to watch. Yes there are plenty of shows on just nothing that I’d like to watch. Ya know?
Umm.. what else? Oh, I have a new phone. I bought the HTC HD7. It’s one of those Windows phones. I really like it actually. I wanted to get a Mytouch 4G but they didn’t have any and so I thought I’d give this new windows phone a whirl. since the Windows Phone 7 operating system is new there aren’t as many apps for it as say the Iphone or android phones but I’m sure there will be more to come. The home screen is pretty easy to use and the live tiles keep me updated on things just like the commercials say. The windows phone isn’t for everyone though and I’ll probably eventually get another android phone but for now I’m sticking with the Windows phone.
That’s about it for now, I gotta get back to my assignments before they’re another day late.

As many of you know almost two years ago the show was cancelled and all of the die hard fans like myself were left hanging. Well, BET came to the rescue by first picking up the show for syndication and showing reruns and then negotiating a deal to start producing new shows. This is great right? Well sort of. You see BET has a long history of messing things up and from the way that they cut and re edited the series for syndication I did not have my hopes up for them to be able to pull this off. To my surprise they actually did pull it off and put on a great show!
Two Years Later… The show opens with Derwin pulling up in a chauffeured Maybach to an Essence photo shoot. Derwin is now the face of Nike and the multi million dollar Boom campaign. The kid is doing big things and has Tasha Mack for a manager and we all know that Tasha does not play as she gives it to the stylist on the set to make sure that she does a good job for her client. Jason is on TV talking about his disdain for the Sabres organization by comparing them to a plantation, the GM is the overseers and the football field is the cotton fields. Malik is in the bathroom getting nasty with some young lady ( more on her to come). Kelly is looking busted as she is walking around town shooting a reality show. To officially start the show Tasha says her famous line ” Game on, bitches!”
At the Essence photo shoot… As Tasha is looking at the photos of Derwin and Melanie she remarks to one of the assistants that “I don’t know about you but that looks like a couple that I’d wanna have sex with” really Tasha Mack really? Janay has come to drop of DJ for the weekend. The kid is so cute! Melanie seems to be making the best of the situation as she comes in and speaks to Janay. They seem cordial as Janay comments on Melanie’s bag and how nice it is. As Derwin and Janay go to the car to get his bag Tasha comes over to put the seed of doubt in Melanie’s head. She tells her that the baby is too light and that his hair to too straight to be Derwin’s baby. “Baby mama 0 Wifey 1″.
Meeting with management… Malik is meeting with the new majority owner of the Sabres. He throws a number of shots at him for not getting him a good offensive line which caused him to get sacked a lot. When the new majortiy owner, Roger, comes back by calling him a crybaby he gets upset and thinks that he takes his injuries to be a joke. Roger assures Malik that he does not joke about money and that he wants to set the team up to win so he stacked the defense and there wasn’t enough cash left for a better offensive line. Malik then gets upset and says that there was enough room for Derwin’s big contract though. Roger believes that Derwin is the new face of the franchise and gave him the franchise tag. Before they can get into things any deeper Roger’s wife (the chick that Malik was boning in the bathroom earlier) comes to the table and wisks him away so that they can hop on their G5 and fly up the coast to Hearst castle that he’s rented out for the weekend to celebrate their anniversary.
At the Davis House… Derwin is getting the bath ready for DJ and Melanie insists on helping so that he won’t be late for the Nike Boom event. More on this to come
Benched… Jason is making is premiere on a show called Benched: Sports Talk with Chris Webber and things start off kind of shaky. Jason takes offense to the intro of ‘future hall of fame hopeful’. apparently he feels he’s more of a shoe in than a hopeful. He tells Chris that he is holding out from training camp until he gets the contract and respect that he deserves. There is a segment in the show called ‘fan of the day’ and guess who it is? Kelly. Yep Kelly is the fan of the day and she calls in the plug her reality show called ‘Ex ballers wives’. She looks a hot mess and I hope her show fails!
Back to the bath… Melanie is putting on a puppet show for DJ with his wash mitts. During the bath she decides to swab DJ’s mouth and send it down to the lab for testing. The old Melanie that I grew to hate is back.
At the Mack house… Tasha comes home and keeps constantly calling out for her ‘baby’. After a few calls out walks a young guy (BET’s 106 & Park host Terrence J) in nothing but a towel. They embrace and begin to passionately kiss. She then gets mad because he took shower. I guess she finds stench sexy. She tells him that she wants him to go work out again to get that stench back but instead he opens his towel and they… Well you know the rest. Moving on!
Back at the Davis house… Later that day Tasha comes by to see Melanie and show her the shots from the photo shoot. Melanie tells her what she has done. Melanie tries to justify what she did to herself. Tasha gives her a piece of her mind. She tells her that when she met Derwin in college and saw that he had a chance to go pro she latched on to him, then almost lost it when he cheated on her and had a baby with Janay but she still got him back. When she did get him back his career was almost over so she called up Tasha Mack to help resurrect it because she didn’t give up Johns Hopkins and get disowned by her parents for nothing to come of it. Tasha did just that and resurrected Derwin’s career, now he’s the face of the Nike Boom campaign and their on the cover of Essence. The only problem is that one little spec on the corner of the picture. Janay and DJ. As she is about to go in further the phone rings. It is the result of the DNA test. Tasha tells her to ignore the spec, it’s still a pretty picture.
Cluck Truck… T.T. is no longer working for Malik (though somebody should tell Malik) and has his own business now. He owns the Cluck Truck. a mobile restaurant serving wings. Malik and the owner’s wife pull up to a construction site where the truck is located for the day to get some wings and see T.T. about updating the contacts in his phone and getting his stuff out of storage. T.T. has quit like 6 times already and he still has him doing his odds and ends. When T.T. tells him its not a good idea to be out in the open with the owner’s wife he tells him that it is a part of his plan. T.T. warns him that if he gets caught then his career is over, but Malik believes that the rules don’t apply to him and leaves. Without paying of course.
Later on in the day… Melanie and Tasha are out walking around. Melanie is on the phone with Kelly trying to get some advice on what she should do now that she has the results. Why she’s asking Kelly of all people for advise I have no idea. And guess what folks? After all this time, the baby is NOT Derwin’s according to the (preliminary) DNA testing. Kelly was recording the conversation for her stupid reality show as they talked. When Melanie asks her if she is taping the convo she tells the crew to stop. Tasha then chimes in about how Kelly can’t be trusted which starts a argument between Kelly and Tasha as Tasha snatches the phone from Melanie and yells at Kelly. Kelly blames Tasha for breaking up their marriage by introducing her to that black woman two years ago. Kelly tells her to meet her at market and 4th street so she can beat her up again then hangs up the phone. Of course Tasha is not going anywhere near Kelly for fear of getting killed. They get back on topic and she tells Melanie that she needs to tell Derwin the truth.
Back at the Davis Household… Derwin comes in from training camp to find Melanie in the kitchen pouring a glass of wine. They exchange pleasantries and move to the couch. When Derwin asks her how her day was she tells him that she swabbed DJ and had it sent to the lab for a paternity test. Derwin is extremely pissed and tells her that he doesn’t care and doesn’t want to know the results. As far as he’s concerned DJ is his son. As he walks away to go upstairs, Melanie then says that he should probably know that DJ is not his. She tells him that they needed to know the truth and that Janay just wants what they have. Derwin turns around slowly, looks at Melanie and then takes out his anger by punching a hole through the wall before walking away.
In a club bathroom… Malik and the owner’s wife are getting it in on the sink with the door locked. management comes and bangs on the door for them to unlock it. these fools end up breaking the sink. Eventually management comes in. Malik calls T.T. to come and work things out. T.T. reasons with the club manager not to press charges and to let their insurance guy work some magic and for him to circulate the rumor of Malik getting freaky and breaking the sink so that his club could be even more famous. The manger agrees with T.T. and doesn’t press charges. T.T. asks him why he’s acting so crazy with this girl but Malik tells him that it’s just casual. Malik gets mad at T.T.’s questioning and tells him to clean up the watery mess. When T.T. stands up to him and tells him to stop bossing him around because he’s not his assistant anymore, Malik reminds him that he gave him the money to start that Cluck Truck business.
At the park… Kelly is dropping off Brittany to Jason and he tells her to stop the stupid reality show that she has going on. She refuses claiming that she is free and that she’s won.
At Tasha’s House… Dante (Terrence J) walks in with some good news. He’s going to be working Malik’s party as well so they can go together as a couple. Tasha quickly puts the brakes on that. She feels that she’s not ready for that and that they should just keep things the way they are for now.
On the porch… Derwin is talking to DJ as they wait on Jenay to come. He is pointing out all the features that they have in common. He then goes on to tell him to watch out for women so that he doesn’t fall for the same ‘banana in the tailpipe’ trick that he fell for. Janay then walks up and apologizes for having him waiting and being late. She was at a shoe sale. he comments on her purse and says it looks familiar. She tells him it’s the same as the one Melanie has but in a different color ( the same bag from the Essence photo shoot that she was admiring, and remember Melanie saying how she wants what they have, even down to the bag). As she is going on about how the bag looks better on her Derwin interrupts her and asks if DJ is his. Janay has a look of shock and awe written all over her face.
At the hospital… Kelly and her camera crew are coming out as Melanie is about to go in. Kelly tells her that she went in to see find out what the most expensive procedure is and Melanie is there to find out about the residency program since Derwin is still not talking to her. Kelly tells her that she should fight for her marriage and try to work it out.
At Malik’s video game party… Malik is going on and on about how great he is when Jason asks him if he’s not afraid of the cover curse. Malik is oblivious to this so Jason rattles off 5-6 examples of players that have been affected by the curse. He even goes on to say that he turned it down 5 years in a row because of it. Malik calls him jealous and angrily gets up to leave, as he is walking by the bar he overhears Tasha saying that even Derwin turned it down because of the curse. Dante has his assistants working the room and making sure that everything is taken care of when Tasha walks up to speak to him. Sheree (from Real Housewives of Atlanta) walks up to him, when he asks how she is she calls him a pig. then another older woman walks up and asks when Dante is going to buy her a drink. Tasha confronts him on the pattern that begins to form. She doesn’t want to be a part of his freaky old lady fetish or stable full of Golden Girls. He explains to her that it is not like that before she walks away. Malik finds T.T. and his girlfriend talking at the bar and tells him to take him home because the party is wack and he’s too drunk to drive. T.T. refuses because he’s not his assistant anymore and he needs to be outside with his wing truck when the party ends to make some money. His girlfriend, Allison, suggests that she take him home because she has to leave anyway to do some work on her dissertation.
At the Davis House… Melanie is sitting at the table filling out residency paperwork but rips it up just before Derwin comes in the door. When she hears the chime of the door alarm she prepares herself for another round of the silent treatment only to find that Derwin’s eyes are red from all the crying that he has been doing. He asks her once again if the baby is his and she says no. They then embrace as he begins to cry.
At the Mack House… Tasha is home with her feet kicked up watching TV when Dante walks in. He begins to question her on why she is acting the way she is when she was the one that wanted to keep it casual when he wanted to get serious. She goes on to tell him that she thought she was special. She thought that he was running around with a bunch of young girls and she was the only older woman that he was dating. He tells her that she just needs to forget about his age and admit that she has feelings for him. She finally does admit it and he tells her that she’s the one he connects with and that she’s the one in his heart. As he gets up to leave they embrace and things seems to have worked themselves out.
At a hotel/spa… Kelly is still shooting for her God awful reality show, this time she has 3 other fake friends to tag along. She’s recapping what she told Jason at the park when she was dropping Brittany off when the producer notices Jason coming in. Jason walks in suited up with a date on his arm and asks Kelly’s ‘friends’ if they want to join him and his date in their private cabana for some champagne and manicures. Of course they all go leaving Kelly at the table looking like a fool. She tells Jason that it’s immature and desperate of him to try and steal her show. He then reminds her that he IS the show. Even the camera crew leaves her to join Jason in the private cabana.
At Malik’s estate… T.T. comes by to see Malik the next day after the party. As he’s walking through the house looking for Malik he finds him in the Jacuzzi with the owner’s wife again. As he is about to leave and apologizes for interrupting, his girlfriend Allison pops up from under the water only to see T.T. and sink back under again. T.T. is in shock and all Malik has to say is ‘well I told you to take me home didn’t I’. Damn Homie!! That is so foul on Malik and Allison’s part!
At The Davis’… During breakfast Melanie gets a call from her friend down at the testing clinic. Seems there’s been some sort of mix up or mistake and DJ is actually Derwin’s baby! BOOM!!! Apparently she had been running on no sleep and screwed up so she ran it a few times and each time it came back positive for Derwin’s baby. As she hangs up Derwin asks who is was and she says nobody just some Sunbeam stuff. Derwin walks away leaving a shocked Melanie alone in the kitchen bringing the scene and the show to an end for the week.
This new season has started out surprisingly well. I must say that BET has done a good job of keeping things going and picking up almost right where we left off. I’m not feeing Kelly at all and me and Med School aka Melanie have never seen eye to eye. At first I thought was was this bourgeois chick that got on my nerves and then as the seasons went on she seemed to become desperate and clingy. Not a good look. By the end of last season she seemed to be bitter and very vindictive. I guess she’s picking up right where she left off in the bitter and vindictive department. Overall this season looks promising from as much as you can get from the first episode. I’m glad T.T. is doing his own thing now too.

I really hate when people ask me questions like “are there any good men/women left” or say things like ” all the good men/women don’t exist anymore” or that they are either “married, gay or both”. That really irks me because it is so not true. There are and will always be good men and women out there because of asinine people that think this way.
I may be biased because I have already found my Queen but to think that there aren’t any good people left out here is ludicrous. It’s not that there aren’t any out here its that you’ve probably been looking in the wrong places for the wrong things.
This reminds me of people that go in the kitchen and say ” there’s nothing to eat in here” but the someone else goes in there looks around for a bit and comes out with a sandwich, some chips, and a drink. The first person wasn’t looking in the right places.
Sometimes its not so much about what you’re looking for as it is about where you’re looking. You cant find filet mignon if you only eating at McDonald’s drive thru.
You have to be able to look past all that stuff that other people are doing and where they are searching and find your own path. The path you choose should be your own. That goes for finding a mate as well as life in general.

This year has been full of ups and downs for me. Some of the highlights were graduating with my Associate of Science in Business Management, buying a house and scoring a new job. One of the low lights was dealing with my first full year of diabetes and changing my health lifestyle. This year hasn’t been a bad one. it started off a little rocky but as time went by it got better. the biggest thing this year was becoming a home owner. There’s nothing like coming home and turning the key to something that you own! I love every moment of it even when something breaks and I have to fix it. It doesn’t matter because its MY house.
I’ve changed jobs once again this year. I know I know it seems like every year I have a new job but hey I need to continue to progress and when I feel like I am in a spot where I cannot go any higher than its time for me to move on. This time I plan to stick with this company for a long time. Hopefully. I have no plans to change on my end I can’t speak for them though.
Finishing my Associate degree was a big deal. I’m working on my Bachelor as we speak type. I worked hard for it and I think that I definitely earned it. I could have done better but I graduated with a 3.0 GPA. I should be finishing up my bachelors by 2012 and then who knows what’s next.
One of my low points of this past year was dealing with and trying to control my diabetes. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in Oct 2009. This is the first full year of trying to change my lifestyle. It’s hasn’t been easy but I am maintaining. The good thing is that I’ve gone from an average of over 500 (that’s diabetic coma type numbers) to an average of 92 as of last week. My cholesterol has improved as well. I plan to cut out some more red meat from my diet. I’m down to just once or twice a week. The only problem is that I have to inject myself at least 5 times a day and prick my finger to check my levels at least 8-9 times a day. it’s a pain but I have to do what I have to do. Since I have type 1 diabetes, my pancreas doesn’t produce insulin, so I have to inject myself. Trust me these injections hurt! Not only do they hurt but your body takes time to get used to the insulin so at first I was really sick. I still get sick from time to time but I have to do what I have to do to stay alive right? Right. One of the other side effects are that I’ve gained weight. No matter how much I try to lose it I’m going to gain it back. I’ve been able to manage my diabetes with exercise, diet and medication.
All in all this year has been a good one for me and I hope that next year will be even better. As you guys know I don’t make resolutions for the new year, just try to make everyday better than the last.
