In this day and age everyone is trying to get things done faster. Each model should be faster than its predecessor. Sometimes we need to stop or slow down a bit. Life will still be there.

We set so many unreallistic and unattainable goals for ourselves and others that our stress levels are astronomical. Set small realistic goals and enjoy life. Relax, life is too short for it to pass you by in the blink of an eye and you not see any of it because you were too busy trying to do too much. In the words of Hillman College’s own Whitley Gilbert; “Relax. Relate. Release”.
