Yesterday I was feeling like c-r-a-p crap. Nausea, headache, sinus pain, congestion and the whole nine. I am just like everyone else and catch the occasional cold but today was different. I felt sick but couldn’t explain how sick because I never felt this way.
I took some mucinex just to break to some of the congestion, cranked up the humidifier and went to sleep. It was such a lovely sleep. I don’t know if it was the mucinex or what but I had a nice lovely peaceful sleep. That is until I heard the trash man outside.
Since I was now up I decided to make myself some tea and do some homework. I knocked that out in twice as much time as it normally would take. I had to keep stopping to blow my nose and get some more water. Finally by the time I finished my homework it was time to pick up King from school. More homework. It seemed like the day would never end.
After King and I finished his book report I was back off to bed and another mucinex inspired dream. That sleep didn’t last too long because the mucinex wore off and I couldn’t breathe. I had to breathe through my mouth since my nose was stuffed up. I was snoring so loud that I literally woke up and looked and looked around to see if someone else was on the room making the noise.
After I woke up I couldn’t go back to sleep until around 2:30 or 3am. I have to be up at 5am… So yeah I’m running off of about 2 1/2 hrs of sleep. Cranky much?
