It seems like every week to call the Atlanta Journal Constitution about my Sunday paper delivery. Either I don’t get it, its all wet and in my driveway instead of my porch as instructed or pieces are missing. I only get the Sunday paper for the coupons and since they put the paper at the very end of my driveway someone has stolen my coupons out of the paper two Sundays in a row.
I love couponing and saving money. I get the digital copy of the newspaper on my ipad 7 days a week so the Sunday paper is strictly for the coupons. If the deliverer would put it on my orchid as instructed then none of this would be happening. If its on my porch then no were newspapers when it rains and no coupon thieves stealing.
I went out to get my newspaper this morning only to find the bag ripped open and the inserts spread all across my front lawn. The good section for the household coupons were nowhere in sight. I call them and they do give me a Credit but still don’t fix the most glaring problem. The biggest issue is with the person that delivers my papers. If they would put it on my porch and nit the very end of my driveway then none of this would be happening. Its so frustrating to wake up Sunday morning to find either no paper, a wet and useless paper, or one that’s strewn all over the yard with no coupons in site when that is the main and pretty much only reason why I buy the Sunday paper edition. Hell if I didn’t want the coupons I could just read the digital version and be good with it.

I stopped getting the sunday papers as well because every now and again it would go missing and I was plain ole tired of calling and requesting a new one. I doubt very seriously if the communication is sent down to the delivery person.
Its finally correct after what 3-4 months?! Lol
deliverying to the porch increases nightly delivery time 5 fold ; not worth it for the ten dollars a night they work for
Then the option should not be offered. Also having to redeliver a stolen or looted paper increases drive time as well. Put it in my porch as offered
