Everyone that stands behind you may not have your back.
Just because someone stands behind you doesn’t mean that, at the end of the day, they are standing with you.
Often people stay there to watch you fail and then take your spot. Be careful with whom you trust to have your back. They can’t stab you in the back if you don’t allow them to stand behind you.
