Making The Band 4 Season 2 Episode 3
The show starts off with the guys in the studio recording what seems to be a garbage song. they just haven’t started gellin’ together yet. Wack Donnie is working on his material alone. He seems like he should have the easiest time, but of course he won’t. The girls all seem to gel in the studio and knock things out. In comes cripply AKA Diddy AKA Sean John AKA puff daddy puffer or whatever he goes by, coming in stating the obvious… Of course they are not going to sound totally together seeing as they’re still learning each other. Uh Duh!! Danity Kane has a winner with the first joint but they have been together longer so they know each other better. So Mr ‘take that take that’ comes in with a hot track and lets them hear it. To cause even more drama and tension, he decides that the girls and guys have to write seperate songs to it. The hottest track gets the track. Aubrey always has something to say! I just want her to go! So DK starts working on the track sounding like some mouseketeers! From what I see, I put my money on the guys. so as the girls are performing Q sneaks over to see Dawn and catch a sneak preview and of course Aubrey comes over talking all kinds of crap! Q and Robert can’t sleep so they decide to play pranks on people and put baby powder and toothpaste on everybody and tied Will to the bed. Hi-La-Ree-Us!! but by the sour puss look on Mike’s face I guess he didn’t take it too well. So Diddy sends word that both tracks are wack! I was feeling them both actually. but hey I’m not the boss. the girls are told to leave and Conrad tells the guys including Donnie that they have to stop recording, big surprise right, and go into intense vocal training. Doesn’t he do this every season? I mean as soon as they start working together he shuts the studio down, does some kind of stupid team building crap and voila!! They come back stronger than before. Even Diddy had to admit it. Ankh Ra is back!! I mean he’s cool and all but I can’t get past the ears and conehead, whoa!!! Time to tear them down to build them back up. Those vocal exercises bring back memories… D. Woods is a nut! As the guys get vocal training with Ankh Ra the girls celebrate their 2nd anniversary (Nov 15th). * sidenote: I know that group Dream is hot right now!!* The guys spend all night on vocal training with Ankh Ra, reminds me of when Da Band was with Dougie Fresh working on their stage show. Just a mess!! The groups go to Philly to perform for the Boy’s and Girl’s club. Donnie’s a pretty talented dude after all, I may keep him around as background. Wait I’m not Diddy, scratch that, scratch that. so the soundcheck goes long and the guys don’t have enough time to practice and are having some technical difficulties with their earpieces and mics. Mike Bivens and Ankh Ra come in to kind of motivate the guys and let them know that it’s okay. The girls go out and do a great job as expected. Low budget Jon B or Robin Thicke (depending on your age) comes out next. I think I might have misjudged him. He did very well on the intro. The guys come out and after shaking the nerves off pulled off a good performance for their first time out. Something about Robert just ain’t right. I’m going on record with this one! No crazy antics from Diddy this week, but next week aubrey shows her true side and goes psycho.. She’s a weirdo for real.

Dude…I can not stand Aubrey! She is always just buckin’ the system and she really thinks she is the shiznit when she ain’t shiznit. LOL! But the girls are are obviously really good with each other and it has become obvious that they have all of the experience in the race. DWood is still fine as anything. Dawn is just so little and cute. Aundrea is a doll with those fat cheeks and Shannon…yeah, she can get it! LOL.
The prank that Rob and Q put down was mad funny especially when Mike woke up and was like “What tha f_ck!?”. LOL! But Mike got ‘em back with the trash can full of water and some funky milk to top it off.
I am really worried about the guys though bruh. For some reason, I really don’t see them being that successful as a group; they REALLY need some work because they are just missing each other on everything. Only time will tell. Their little concert was not bad, but I still wasn’t impressed. Yo’ did you see how the black girls was all over Donnie!? What is that about!? They was all over that white boy like he was a hot pot of buttered grits with a side of bacon [shakin' head].
Next week…..looks like there will be another DWoods/Robert showdown, except this time it will be stankin’ Aubrey and Vanilla Iced-out Donnie.

I don’t think anyone likes Aubrey! And D woods can get it and knows it!! I can see Rob and Q causing all kinds of mischief around the house.. The funny part was when Will tried to get up and was tied to the bed!! That just took the cake right there!! lmao the guys just need a whole lot more time to get things together. they sounded pretty good once they worked things out and were actually on stage. I saw those black girls swarming Donnie, all I could do was shake my head… Here we go again.. Donnie better watch out b/c we all know Aubrey is a little touched upstairs…

(stay with me on this one but) does anyone else hear the bicycle bells that they used for Hottie (Flavor of Love) when Aubrey comes on the screen? Just wondering…
The pranks were cute, I hate how I fell for the editing/previews/commercials like someone was going to beat someone else’s ass for the pranks and be sent home.
I think that the guys will get better and better. You’ve got to realize that they could all be solo acts in their own right, they’ve all got the voices for it. But now they’ve got to figure out how to deal and harmonize with 4 other voices.

I can always count on you to notcie the unnoticables!! lol but now that you mention it i’m gonna hafta listen for it! The guys could all easily be solo acts for diddy and will probably eventually get solo deals.. They’re young though. they still have time to work it out together.
