My commitment
Since I decided to take writing seriously it’s been hard for me to actually find something to write about. Most of my posts are things that I’d written before I really took writing seriously and started this blog. Except for a select few that are about a specific time or event. Before it seemed like I had all kinds of things to write about and it all just flowed out. Now that I have actually taken writing seriously and setup deadlines and such, it seems I have caught a case of writer’s block. The only way to get over writer’s block is to…. well, write. The inspiration will come. I’ve learned (the hard way) to stop looking for things and let them find me. But the writing blues have gotten to me. Luckily I usually write, more like type, something into my blackberry everyday whenever I get bored. Whether it’s a journal entry, words of wisdom, or just a quote for the day. I am always writing or typing something, no matter how much sense it does or doesn’t make. That way I will at least have something to fall back on during my little droughts. Nonetheless I have commited myself to posting something at least once a week, no matter what. More often than not it will be more that once a week, but once is the minimum. Bear with me, I’m trying to turn something that I actually love to do into a career. Slowly but surely.
Peace and Blessings
Sincere

i understand the writers block and teh reason you have it. i write and write and refuse to set deadlines for myself because the one time i did nothing and i mean NOHTING flowed to me. now, i write a lot. i keep it in my word program and read it when i feel like i have nothing to write and come back to it days later. it happens when it happens. i’m enjoying what you are putting out right now!!!
in your writing corner,
